Stripes Gallery is an inhabited art space located in the River North Art District in Denver's First Lofts, Silver Square. We feature emerging, established and international artists. It started with spontaniety, a dream, a bit of history and a great group of artists who supported its conception. It has been over two years now and I am honored that I have had the support from all the artists and all of you who have come to the gallery. I never imagined that I would make it this long, having artists receptions in my home and that it would work. I have had a great time and now that I am fortunate to have become a mother, I have decided I can not keep up the scheldule of having a first friday every month. Inspiration Bag Project

An outreach program led by the social work department at Sihanouk Hospital Center of Hope creates life-changing opportunities for women affected by HIV. These women learn to make messenger and yoga bags made entirely from recycled materials.
